We gladly accept returns and exchanges
- Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery (according to tracking or delivery information)
- Return item within 10 days of delivery
We do not accept additions to processed orders. Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you realize that you need to add to your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours.
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been processed. If you need to cancel, please contact us via email within 24 hours.
Because of the nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Lip balms
- Lip scrubs
- Opened sugar scrubs
- Opened foaming scrubs
- Sale items
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
